Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Azerbaijan. The cost and estimated delivery time depend on the address and order and are agreed before purchase confirmation.

Warranty

The store provides a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the purchase date. If a defect is found, contact us and provide the product and receipt or another document proving your purchase.

Returns and proof of purchase

Requests to return a faulty product are assessed after the manufacturing defect is checked. Repair, replacement or a refund is handled in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any exchange and return rights provided by law.
