Returns and warranty
We provide a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Return window
A product with a confirmed manufacturing defect may be returned within 14 days when the purchase receipt is available.
Inspection
Before a return or replacement, the store checks condition, serial number, package contents and the nature of the defect.
Exclusions
Mechanical or water damage, misuse and missing package contents are not manufacturing defects.
